Find the balance of growing a child's mind while also nurturing their hearts with an understanding of mental health concepts, childhood development, and the role we can all play in fostering resiliency in our students as we combat empathy fatigue ourselves. There is no greater "reset and remind" than your own, as you remember (1) what you're doing matters, and (2) public education is, without a doubt, the most important work in shaping our world.
