Simplifying procedures to enhance student engagement through the lens of Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) involves reducing unnecessary cognitive demands so students can focus on meaningful learning. We will explore the different areas of classroom procedures and the importance of consistency to ensure optimal student engagement.
