About me
Dana Walker had asked me to speak to adminstrators about behavior PLC. The one in particular that she attended was a table top excercise in which we followed one ficticious student throughout the school day at Harlow, and stopped periodically to collaborate about the behaviors, the underlying reasons and the different ways teachers respond to it. It opened up opportunities for questions and it allowed teams to get to know eachother and the different ways their teammates respond to various behaviors and helped us find common ground. The ficticious behaviors/scenarious are ones that is currently affecting the campus, so it helps admin and teachers get on the same page.
